For the last 21 years, we have been training kids throughout New Jersey to become not only better players but better people. We are not a program rooted in clever marketing, photo shoots, and trophies that don’t matter. Our main focus is on player development, team development, and positive culture. AAU has become a ME centered enviorment. So many players and parents no longer value teamwork, fighting through adversity, being coachable, discipline, and working for what you want.
At Crossroads Basketball, our culture is the staple of what we do on a daily basis. For us, one of the most important ingredients of growth is practice. We don’t just roll the ball out and play games. We want our players to enhance their skill set by getting them out of their comfort zones, not allowing them to live in them. We have had hundreds of players (that we have actually coached) come through our program and go on to play college basketball, and some even at the professional level, and every single one of them bought into our process of getting better.
Sports is just a small chapter in most athletes’ lives; we want to make sure that it’s one our kids take lessons from, and look back at fondly.
